Seems I’m always relating a little history when I post about people. But it seems like so many of my clients are people I’ve known for a long time. I knew Kristen when she played softball in high school. Years later, she is well-established in her career, and marrying her high school sweetheart. These are just some of the photos from her bridal session!

When you have a cute kid, you just want to show them off. And when you’re having fun during the portrait session, it’s time to get involved and get some pictures with your cute kid. This was one of the most entertaining portrait sessions all year. 🙂

So he says “I like graffiti and want unique.” He’s a young man of few words. But we accomplished what he wanted.

Interestingly enough, we photographed her mom’s wedding some years ago. It was fun to see everyone again, and it was like we were just old friends catching up. Kaylee’s eyes made it easy to continue to photograph for effect; as well as her great sense of style. 🙂

All my cousin photos growing up have 10-15 people in them. Often times in the bathtub, in a field, or on a tractor. These two had a bit less going on around them. There was fun, and a bit of attitude thrown in for good measure. 🙂

You’re not seeing double… I’ve posted some of Kayla’s portraits before. She had multiple sessions, and so therefore had lots of photos. Since she loves the camera so much (and it kind of likes her, too), I’m sure she’ll be happy to see herself in print again. 😉

Grandma Judy has been a client of ours for awhile, having brought her granddaughter to us several years ago. This time, she brought her newest grandchild… and like the first one, he had a great time with us.

Renee (Hair Designs) has been doing my hair for a long time. She’s like a good bartender, though, and will listen to your problems, give advice, and make you feel good about yourself.
Diana and I adore her.
I am usually easily impressed by musicians. It may have something to do with my lack of musical ability, but whatever it may be I enjoy meeting them, learning from them, and helping them express their love of music in a photo.

I first met Kellyn when she was a dancer. A bit older, perhaps even a bit wiser… but quite personable. 🙂
