If it were up to us, we wouldn't bore you with this mumbo-jumbo. But there are several requirements from people like our bank, attorney and accountant that kind of require that we tell you this stuff. You don't have to read it, but we have to put it on here. :) <--- a smiley face makes it all better.

Refund Policy - All photo and photo product orders are considered final at the time they are placed, because we are creating custom products which have no exchange value. If you are ordering non-custom products (i.e., in-stock frames, etc.), they are sold "as is". Production on all orders begins immediately to conclusion. Please allow 4-6 weeks for photo and photo product orders, 6-8 weeks for albums and books, and 8-12 weeks for album design and layout. Refunds for wedding retainers are governed by the wedding contract signed at the time you hired us for your wedding, but in general there are no refunds for reserved wedding dates. Refunds for prepaid portrait session fees are only made if the session is cancelled within 72 business hours prior to the appointment time. Portrait order deposits are not refundable.

Privacy Policy - TLC Photography keeps all name, address, phone and email information private and secure, and does not share it with any individual, company or list service. Your personal information is only for the use of TLC Photography. Payment information is housed within our SSL-secured servers online, and credit card data is never kept or maintained at our facility. Orders placed online are received by us without intact credit card information and only contain the status of the payment (i.e., PAID or UNPAID). We only use secure online ordering facilities (i.e., via Authorize.Net, PayPal, or Google Checkout). When you make a payment by phone, the information you give us is either put directly into our credit card software (which does not retain the information), or is shredded (bilateral, 1/16"x1" strips) immediately after the transaction is completed.

Shipping Policy - Orders on which you order shipping (via online, phone, or in person) are charged a flat fee for up to two pounds. Most small and medium print orders fall within that flat fee to cover shipping costs and mailing supplies. Orders over two pounds may incur an additional charge of up to 20% of the original price of shipping per additional pound of shipping, not to exceed the actual cost of processing, packaging and shipping fees. All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in Martinsburg WV and are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (or First Class), insured and with Delivery Confirmation. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If you wish to select a different service, a convenience fee of $8.50 will be added to the cost of the shipping fees and any extraordinary packaging.
